Regional Director of CRNA Services

As a Regional Director of CRNA Services at NorthStar Anesthesia, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our anesthesia departments within Corewell Health. This leadership position offers a unique opportunity to oversee all of Corewell Health East, including multiple locations in Michigan.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and develop Chief CRNAs to build leadership strength within the team.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence and strong leadership at clinical sites to attract top-tier CRNA talent.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to address challenges and seize opportunities at both the site and market level.
- Maintain a business-owner mindset to ensure efficient CRNA clinical operations and outstanding patient outcomes.
- Participate in business development and start-up initiatives to drive market growth.
- Stay clinically proficient and actively engaged.
- Embody a growth mindset and servant leadership principles.
- Develop a strong understanding of the business of anesthesia.
- Thrive in a high-growth, high-accountability environment.
- Possess Chief level or equivalent experience, although we prioritize mindset and cultural alignment in our hiring process.
- Maintain CRNA certification in good standing with the NBCRNA and the state Board of Nursing.
- Be based in or near Detroit, Michigan.
