Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Department, including file management, word processing, and correspondence coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including lease data and property information.
  • Perform lease data audits and reviews to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Abstract and interpret critical legal documents, terms, and clauses.
  • Collaborate with the Real Estate team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage data input into Real Estate Management software and/or property records database.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective lease administration and property management.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Real Estate Management software.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate and lease administration principles.
