**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in California. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including schools, hospitals, and clinics, and to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders in children and adults
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve communication and swallowing skills

**Requirements**

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Active or pending CA SLP license and teaching certification (or willing to obtain)
  • School experience is preferred but not required; new grads are encouraged to apply
  • Bilingual is a plus
