Position Overview

  • Oversee the business development process for RFPs and establish efficient systems across all accounts.
  • Provide strategic guidance for the marketing team and clients in brand promotion, project oversight, external communications, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Develop marketing and presentation materials to highlight the capabilities of DelMonte Hotel Group and deliver essential information to clients.
  • Manage the customer experience, brand story, and client interactions, emphasizing seasonal product narratives.
  • Create annual marketing strategies and evaluate their success to inform future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and merchandise teams to improve product offerings across various channels and digital platforms.
  • Determine on-site product selection through brand imagery, content direction, and business strategy.
  • Stay updated on competitor initiatives and consumer trends in relevant markets.
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets to align with strategic plans and financial constraints.
  • Contribute to the overall success of DelMonte Hotel Group.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in brand marketing or the hospitality sector.
  • Proven leadership in guiding client initiatives within the hospitality or experiential marketing domains.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Expertise in recognizing opportunities, formulating strategies, and negotiating outcomes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Dynamic personality with a high level of energy and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competitive spirit and proficiency in crafting innovative proposals for potential partners.
  • Ability to foster trust and consensus in uncertain work settings.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills at peer levels.
