About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Copywriter to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper. As a key member of our in-house creative marketing agency, Liquid Sunshine, you will be responsible for creating culture-driving, business-building brand work across various mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative brand strategies that drive business growth and cultural relevance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to tap into the latest trends in pop culture, creativity, and executional approaches.
  • Create and present speculative ideas, pitches, and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Lead the creative delivery of work, including film and photography production, and guide the strategic direction of projects.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our work.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a senior copywriting or creative leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior team members.
