Job Summary

Turning Point Community Programs is seeking a skilled Licensed Psychiatric Technician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality care to our clients, working closely with our medical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide basic nursing care to clients, including vital sign measurement, hygiene, and administration of medications.
  • Teach clients about health issues, medications, and side effects.
  • Support other Turning Point facilities as needed.
  • Monitor and report adverse reactions to medications and treatment.
  • Utilize good infection control procedures.
  • Maintain current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Ensure compliance with State licensing standards.

Requirements

  • Valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Psychiatric Technician license.
  • Valid and current First Aid/CPR certification.
  • California driver's license and current vehicle insurance/registration if driving.
  • Reliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM.

Interested candidates should attend our open interviews on Wednesdays from 2-4 PM at our Rancho Cordova location.
