Job Title: Front Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott Ithaca Airport/University. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they provide excellent guest service and adhere to hotel standards.
  • Monitor and analyze front office financial operations, including revenue, expenses, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a front office or management role.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
