Job Title: Night Auditor/PM Desk Agent

Crestview Management, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor/PM Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our overnight operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Recordkeeping: Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and distribute daily reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Guest Services: Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Security and Compliance: Perform security checks throughout the hotel, maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of room occupancy and availability, ensuring seamless communication with our front desk and housekeeping teams.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in hotel front desk or accounting preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, excellent communication and customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
Work Schedule:
