Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our Office Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting professionally with clients, employees, and others, and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Reception Area: Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for clients and visitors.
- Field Incoming Calls: Answer general questions and direct to the proper contact.
- Manage Office Operations: Ensure the office is in a neat and orderly manner.
- Act as Primary Point of Contact: For office-related vendors and suppliers.
- Manage Office Supplies: Inventory, purchase orders, and stocking.
- Coordinate Office Mail: Sorting, distributing, and scheduling pick-up and delivery.
- Participate in Special Projects: As needed.
