Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Reception Area: Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for clients and visitors.
  • Field Incoming Calls: Answer general questions and direct to the proper contact.
  • Manage Office Operations: Ensure the office is in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Act as Primary Point of Contact: For office-related vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage Office Supplies: Inventory, purchase orders, and stocking.
  • Coordinate Office Mail: Sorting, distributing, and scheduling pick-up and delivery.
  • Participate in Special Projects: As needed.
