As a WW Salesforce Business Analyst & Admin, you will spearhead key initiatives that align with a comprehensive sales solution strategy.


Key Responsibilities:
Understand the strategic direction and evolving needs of the business through workshop facilitation and roadmap development for future states. This role will require collaboration with global management teams and colleagues across various regions.
Be a visionary leader in proposing and developing solutions.

It is essential to think strategically, connecting the dots in the broader context while being comfortable with the details of deliverables.

Propose innovative solutions that exceed the expectations of our business partners. You will identify opportunities to build scalable solutions by designing holistically, focusing on flexibility and maintainability.
Collaborate with leadership teams to create business cases and budget for changes/projects.

Establish success criteria for your initiatives that are clearly measurable and achievable through the scope of deliverables, followed by ongoing tracking against these success criteria.

Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects, including mobilization, prioritization, requirements gathering, use case documentation, design, business readiness, testing, and implementation.

Support essential business processes by promoting application, data integrity, governance, and compliance.

Oversee the Salesforce application and serve as the expert to define, design, and configure enhancements to the Salesforce platform that yield significant returns on investment by bridging the gap between out-of-the-box Salesforce functionalities and business processes.

Design and implement reports, dashboards, and alerts that support business processes and provide valuable insights.
Manage User Acceptance Testing with end users, including writing scripts and securing user acceptance sign-offs.
Prepare the business for change and adoption:

Actively engage in ongoing discussions and collaborations with Salesforce regarding Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM.

Minimum Qualifications:
Deep expertise in Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices, including the ability to determine configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems. Experience in SDLC project management and analysis, including scoping/timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.

Experience working on multi-release projects following Agile methodology. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. One of the following certifications is required: Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator.

Preferred Qualifications:
One or more of the following certifications is a plus: Certified Salesforce Application Architect, Certified System Architect, Certified Data Architect, or Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect. A solid understanding of Enterprise Channel and End Customer sales is highly preferred. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills. Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across various cross-functional and multi-directional partners. Experience collaborating on global projects with a geographically dispersed team. Excellent organizational skills, with a natural inclination for both strategic and tactical planning, and the ability to turn strategy into tangible results. A passion for problem-solving and overcoming business challenges in partnership with others. A Master's Degree is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one component of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides opportunities for growth as you develop within your role.

The base pay range for this position is between $139,200 and $209,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
