Position Overview: Retail Associate

As a vital member of our retail team, the Retail Associate plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our fans. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about sports and customer service, ensuring that every interaction is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with fans, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on customer interactions and observations.
  • Uphold brand standards by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.
  • Process transactions efficiently using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
  • Exhibit professionalism and exceptional customer service to represent the Fanatics brand positively.
  • Support management with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.

  • Ability to develop product knowledge of team and league merchandise.
  • Strong teamwork skills, especially in dynamic environments.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Game day responsibilities may involve exposure to various weather conditions.
