Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for increasing sales and profit by efficiently and courteously assisting customers with selecting and purchasing products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with selecting and purchasing products, while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with the outside sales team to meet customer expectations and increase sales.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and communicate inventory needs to the team.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to increase credibility with customers.
  • Meet sales and profit targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 1 year of customer service or sales experience, preferably in the plumbing or construction industry.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must pass company required drug screen and physical.

Physical Requirements

The Sales Associate will be required to work in a warehouse environment with variable noise levels, and will be expected to wear closed-toe shoes and other protective gear as required.
