We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Medical Director to join our team at AbsoluteCARE Medical Center & Pharmacy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our value-based care model and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Provide Clinical Leadership**: Directly supervise and mentor other providers, guiding them on best practices for delivering value-based care and ensuring seamless coordination of care across our interdisciplinary teams.
  • **Clinical Care Delivery**: Provide primary care services to a panel of patients, leading your care team and ensuring the highest quality of care.
  • **Quality Improvement**: Work closely with our Medical Director to drive quality improvement initiatives, track and analyze metrics, and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • **Leadership and Collaboration**: Participate in leadership meetings, collaborate with our Medical Director, and serve as an ambassador for our organization, building relationships with community-based organizations, hospital systems, and payer partners.
Requirements
  • **Clinical Expertise**: Current Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and administrative experience leading interdisciplinary teams.
  • **Leadership Skills**: Proven track record of leadership and mentoring, with excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
  • **Population Health Experience**: Experience working in a population health setting, with a focus on healthcare utilization management and the development of care models.
