Human Resources Generalist

Critical Frequency Design LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, and providing support to employees and management.
Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including orientation and training for new hires.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Address employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs.
- Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and providing constructive feedback.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance and development.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Ensure compliance with compensation policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct salary surveys and make recommendations for compensation adjustments.
- HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and programs.
- Support organizational change and development efforts.
- Support employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
