Job Summary:

The Student Service Desk Specialist will provide exceptional customer service to the UCO community via phone, email, online portal, and in-person. This role requires a strong understanding of technical issues and the ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to students, faculty, and staff via phone, email, and online portal
  • Troubleshoot computer-related issues and document incidents/requests
  • Assist with application support and other duties as directed by supervisor
  • Work effectively in a team environment to provide excellent customer service
Requirements:

To be eligible for this position, students must be enrolled at least half-time during the fall/spring semesters and at least 3 credit hours during the summer semester.

Preferred Qualifications:

A high level of technical skills is not required, but candidates should have a basic understanding of troubleshooting and be able to work effectively with clients on various issues.
