Senior Sales Executive

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Dayton, OH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and signing medium manufacturing and non-manufacturing customers by proactive prospecting analytics in support of driving maximum profitability.
- You will develop compelling value-based proposals, presentations, and other customer-facing content to communicate value and build broad prospect relationship networks within customers with revenue potential of $200,000 to $500,000 incremental revenue per year.
- You will apply solutions, product, financial, and market knowledge to sell semi-complex accounts.
- You will identify, research, and qualify targeted account prospects and maintain a robust funnel capable of delivering incremental revenue at or above annual goals.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated track record of success in sales and marketing, preferably with two years in industrial/manufacturing/distributing sales experience.
- Demonstrated Medium ($200K - $500,000) Sales Experience Success.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
This role requires good communication and negotiation skills to align business goals across functional teams. You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and finance, to drive sales growth and profitability.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $96,740 - $152,020 per year, depending on experience.
