As a vital member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel. Your duties will include:
- Ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and time standards.
- Thoroughly cleaning, dusting, and disposing of waste in all areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces.
- Replacing linens and supplies in accordance with established guidelines.
- Maintaining an organized supply cart stocked with necessary linens and cleaning materials.
- Delivering exceptional service to guests, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Reporting room status and any maintenance issues to management.
- Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as unclogging drains and changing light bulbs.
- Handling cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and in accordance with safety standards.
- Operating commercial laundry and cleaning equipment efficiently.
- Ensuring linen and storage rooms are adequately stocked.
