Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to spearhead brand-building efforts in Southern California. The successful candidate will foster strong relationships with on and off-premise accounts, customers, and distributor representatives, driving growth, increasing category share, and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and distribution plans for the Southern California market
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, ensuring brand and channel priorities are aligned
  • Conduct business reviews and lead distributor training and development
  • Represent the brand at trade and consumer events, conducting product presentations and training
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and consult on strategies that benefit both parties
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of alcohol/beverage industry experience
  • Proven experience in on and off-premise sales and distributor management
  • Understanding of brand building in the spirits category, specifically in the broad market channel
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
  • Strategic analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
