Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to spearhead brand-building efforts in Southern California. The successful candidate will foster strong relationships with on and off-premise accounts, customers, and distributor representatives, driving growth, increasing category share, and enhancing brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales and distribution plans for the Southern California market
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, ensuring brand and channel priorities are aligned
- Conduct business reviews and lead distributor training and development
- Represent the brand at trade and consumer events, conducting product presentations and training
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and consult on strategies that benefit both parties
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of alcohol/beverage industry experience
- Proven experience in on and off-premise sales and distributor management
- Understanding of brand building in the spirits category, specifically in the broad market channel
- Exceptional ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
- Strategic analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
