Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of direct patient care experience in pharmacy, preferably in specialty pharmacy. They will assist in creating clinical protocols, collaborative practice agreements, and factsheets, and support the medical and specialty pharmacy teams by prioritizing patient care and improving adherence and health outcomes.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • PharmD, BS in Pharmacy, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing in the state of Ohio.
  • Must be willing to obtain and maintain licenses in multiple states.

Salary and Location
