Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for helping families and individuals protect their financial future with personalized life insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and set up appointments with clients to discuss and apply for life insurance policies.
  • Work with a warm lead system and have access to online training and mentorship.
  • Must hold a Life insurance license or be willing to obtain with help from Lamarque Agency.
  • Access to the internet and zoom capabilities is required.

Compensation:

  • Part-Time agents can earn approximately $30k-$60K+ in their first year.
  • Full-Time agents can earn approximately $80K-$190K+ in their first year.
  • Agency Owners can generate a passive income of $200k-$500K + a year.
