About the Role

The Events Coordinator is a key member of the TWE Global team, responsible for the logistics of events and group experiences at all of our sites. This includes coordinating customer details, creating event orders, and obtaining guest signatures for group experiences and events. The role also involves promoting and upselling opportunities, adding additional TWE sites to the schedule, and handling payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate events, including on-site and off-site social events, tastings, meals, weddings, receptions, proposals, and internal events like wine club events.
  • Execute all event steps, including lead generation, upselling opportunities, event order creation, coordination of outside vendors, event details, financial deposits, and outside vendor invoices.
  • Manage event correspondence, respond to clients, and conduct site inspections for new events or group experiences.
  • Coordinate schematics and run of shows with the Sales Manager, follow up with sites and vendors for feedback and recap, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Maintain client databases, including DMCs, corporate, consumers, and hotel partners, to create additional revenue streams.
  • Provide analysis and insight on event business ROI, and stay on site for larger or high-level groups during events to ensure guest expectations are met.
  • Responsible for contribution to the monthly sales targets for each site within TWE DTC estates.
About You

We're looking for an experienced event planner or coordinator with a strong desire to work in the wine industry. You should have a degree or at least one year of experience in event planning or catering, and be proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
