Job Title: Pella Outside Sales Professional B2B

At Pella Windows and Doors of Northern California, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and trade organizations in the Northern California market.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve high-volume, profitable sales within the assigned market.
  • Represent Pella Doors and Windows at company-sponsored events, trade association meetings, and consumer shows.
  • Perform product demonstrations for remodeling, new construction, and residential projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate product application and installation.
  • Generate own leads and follow up on leads generated by Manager reports, Pella Corporation, and window store generated proposals.
  • Sell Pella products and services to customers, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Outside Sales experience in a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and public relations skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Conflict negotiation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be mobile and occasionally lift/move up to 40lbs.
  • Must have own fully insured and functional automobile.
  • Must live in the market specified in the job listing.
Desired Skills:
  • Prior knowledge of general construction application and terminology.
  • Prior knowledge of Window and Door application or components and terminology.
  • Excellent organizational skills, self-guided, and outstanding follow-up.
