Job Description:

A Childcare Coordinator is responsible for the administration of the Childcare programming for weekly and special events. The primary function is to schedule childcare workers, order snacks and supplies, and organize and run a safe childcare program.

Responsibilities:
  • Train and equip Childcare Workers to run a safe program.
  • Oversee the scheduling of Childcare Workers weekly and for special events.
  • Order supplies and snacks for the program.
  • Follow TFH Kids Administrative SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Work hand in hand with TFH Kids Pastors on all Events.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years administrative experience.
  • Experience working in TFH Kids is a plus.
  • Must demonstrate a basic knowledge of the following computer programs; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be a member of The Father's House.
