Job Overview

Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to join our team in the San Fernando Valley.

Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $23-28, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a configuration control system to manage document revisions and retrieval for electronic product production.
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with good documentation practices (GDP), ISO 13485, AS9100, and NADCAP requirements.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and ERP Manager to develop and maintain ESC BOMs, ensuring internal configuration control of customer requirements.
  • Develop and execute a revision control process involving multifunctional group reviews (ECO).
  • Provide input on solving issues related to the configuration system's development, including potential software solutions to enhance department efficiency.
  • Work with management to identify resource needs to support the Configuration Management process.
