Responsibilities:
- Patient Data Entry: Accurately document patients' visits by taking detailed notes and entering them into the electronic health records system.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient documentation, while coordinating with doctors to complete and submit medical records.
- Communication: Communicate professionally with patients, doctors, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete various administrative tasks as requested, including submitting prescriptions electronically.
Qualifications:
