Job Overview

Reporting Structure: This position will report directly to the Chief Development Officer. The ideal candidate should reside within the region or be in close proximity for efficient travel.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business ownership or external sales roles. While prior franchise sales experience is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and be comfortable with daily travel to meet potential franchisees.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient in utilizing CRM systems to manage relationships and track progress.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in high-pressure environments.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Ability to maintain a credit card with sufficient credit for business expenses.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
