  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all blood donations meet quality and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of customer service experience in a public setting.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights, and adapt to long, irregular hours and frequent schedule changes.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in healthcare or phlebotomy (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.).
  • Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience.
