Key Responsibilities:- Donor Engagement: Develop strong relationships with donors, listening to their stories and helping them understand the impact of their donation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to create a friendly and welcoming environment, ensuring donors feel comfortable and valued.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all blood donations meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum one year of customer service experience in a public setting.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights, and adapt to long, irregular hours and frequent schedule changes.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in healthcare or phlebotomy (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.).
- Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience.
