About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Service Desk team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key ambassador of our customer service philosophy, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a positive experience at Wegmans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage customers in friendly conversation, making eye contact and smiling to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Proactively offer additional assistance or services, thanking customers for shopping at Wegmans.
  • Properly bag items to ensure products arrive at their destination in the condition they left the store.
  • Partner with departments to ensure questions are answered and problems are resolved.
