Position Overview

This role, under the guidance of office leadership, is pivotal in spearheading recruitment initiatives for the district network office or network office. The individual will implement tailored recruiting strategies, encompassing candidate sourcing, community outreach, and process management, to achieve office hiring objectives. Key competencies required for success in this position include: effective interpersonal skills, prioritization, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a strong results-oriented mindset.

Sourcing & Selection Responsibilities


• Evaluate resumes and arrange preliminary interviews.


• Maintain ongoing communication and relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.


• Oversee the recruitment process, which includes screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, utilizing assessment tools, and guiding candidates through each stage.


• Cultivate and enhance referral networks within the office, engage with community advocates, and explore diverse sources to generate qualified candidate leads.


• Actively engage in local community organizations and clubs to elevate the office and company brand.


• Develop and implement advertising and marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, promotional materials, and community events.


• Foster collaborative relationships with other recruiters to exchange leads and best practices.

Accountability, Tracking, and Analysis


• Provide weekly updates on recruitment activities to the leadership team.


• Gain proficiency in and utilize home office-supported software to manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records, ensuring an efficient selection process.


• Assist in organizing leadership meetings and preparing reports on activities and outcomes.


• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify inefficiencies in the selection process and implement necessary improvements.


• May involve oversight of contract and licensing duties.

Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree.


• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally in sales, recruitment, or a related field.


• Background in the financial services sector is advantageous.


• Proven ability to collaborate effectively as a team member and engage with individuals at all organizational levels.


• Experience in lead generation through direct interactions, either via phone or in-person, is preferred.


• Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake.


• A robust network of personal and professional contacts or community involvement is essential.
