Position Summary: Commercial Plumbing Specialist

The Commercial Plumbing Specialist position is a vital role within our Commercial Services Group. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong background in commercial plumbing, who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship. At Haller, integrity and customer care are at the core of our values. Please note that this role requires a Safety Sensitive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a representative of our company at client locations, approaching challenges with a strong work ethic to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
  • Install and repair commercial piping systems and plumbing fixtures.
  • Demonstrate expertise in various types of valves, pipe fittings, and piping materials.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks performed.
  • Share your expertise and mentor newcomers in the plumbing trade.
  • Work autonomously while being part of a collaborative team that values mutual support.
  • Maintain effective communication and mindfulness to contribute to team success, taking pride in completing all tasks and documentation accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial plumbing installation.
  • An associate degree from a technical college is preferred but not required.
  • A strong commitment to quality workmanship and pride in completing tasks correctly the first time.
  • A willingness to engage in continuous learning and development within the plumbing field.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary for receiving a company vehicle.
  • Possession of a Journeyman's or Master's License is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with technology, including the use of iPads and professional email communication.
