- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, from initial contact through to project completion.
- Prepare and Deliver Compelling Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate and Finalize Sales Contracts: Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client and company objectives.
- Stay Informed about Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Utilize CRM Software: Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate accurate sales reports.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record of Success: Proven track record of success in commercial sales, preferably in the home services industry.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with commercial clients.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales and secure profitable contracts.
- Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives.
