Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Leak Detection Specialist to join our team at American Leak Detection - Pennsylvania, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for detecting and repairing water leaks in residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Water Leaks: Utilize advanced equipment and techniques to identify and repair water leaks in plumbing systems, pools, and other water-based systems.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide professional, timely service to resolve their water leak issues.
  • Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Collaborate with office staff and technician manager to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Travel and Work in Various Environments: Travel to customer locations, including residential and commercial properties, and work in various environmental conditions.
Requirements
  • 3-4 Years of Repair Experience: Possess a strong background in plumbing, pipeline, restoration, or construction, with a proven track record of repair experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and Insurable Driving Record: Maintain a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and think critically.
  • Self-Motivation and Time Management: Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to manage time efficiently, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
