">We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for performing nursing assessments, developing effective care plans, administering medications, and supervising staff. Your expertise and passion for delivering high-quality patient care will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and residents.

- Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.">
- Collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to ensure seamless care delivery.">
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.">
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented effectively.">
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to maintain continuity of care.">

Qualifications
">- ">
- A graduate of an approved school of nursing is required and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing">
- CPR Certification is mandatory">
- One to three years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a related setting is preferred">
