We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Telemetry Unit. Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Job Description

In this role, you will:
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, identify potential complications, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A valid RN license and current NIH certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in telemetry nursing or a related field.
  • Excellent clinical skills, particularly in cardiovascular and pediatric care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Emonics, LLC is a teaching hospital with a Level II Trauma Center and a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center. We have a total staffed bed capacity of 629 and use Epic charting software. Parking is available on site at no additional cost.
