We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join our team at CHAS Health. As a Clinical Healthcare Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across our communities.

About the Role:

As a Clinical Healthcare Specialist, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive primary medical services to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive primary medical services to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, acute illness management, and chronic disease management.
- Conducts thorough physical examinations, takes a detailed medical history, and orders diagnostic tests as necessary to determine the best course of treatment.
- Develops and implements individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between different levels of care.

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program required. Valid licensure in Washington state required. Board Certified or Eligible. Able to apply for prescriptive privileges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to staying current with industry developments and advances in medical knowledge and practice.
