">Compensation Package
">The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 and $192,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This comprehensive package includes access to benefits such as a 401k retirement savings plan, state-provided long-term disability insurance, mileage reimbursement for league matches, and education reimbursement for job-related courses.
">Job Responsibilities
">We are seeking a dedicated Head Coach to lead our teams across ages 8U to 18U. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing training programs, teaching rules and advanced tactics, and promoting sportsmanship according to US Soccer Federation and United Soccer Coaches standards. You will ensure a safe, positive environment for players and manage team administrative tasks.
">Requirements and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years of playing soccer experience and 2 years of coaching or working with kids. Preferred qualifications include USSF Grassroots Diplomas and a USSF National 'D' coaching license, with plans to earn advanced licenses within two years of being hired. The ability to coach, teach, lead, and prepare young athletes for success in soccer is essential. You should also be proficient in using email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.

">Work Environment and Safety
">This role requires working in an indoor and outdoor environment on a soccer field, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions. You should be prepared to work in these conditions and take appropriate precautions to ensure your health and safety. Must be available to work on weeknight evenings and weekends, and have reliable means of transportation. Occasional lifting of 35+ pounds and standing for multiple hours at a time are required.
