Master Trainer

As a Master Trainer with QBS, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to clients across various settings. Your expertise in behavior analysis and management will enable you to design and implement tailored training solutions that drive positive outcomes.

Job Responsibilities- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to clients, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Conduct on-site training sessions, traveling to client locations as required, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and refine training materials, ensuring they align with industry best practices and meet evolving client needs.
- Maintain certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and stay up-to-date with current literature in applied behavior analysis.
- Participate in sales and marketing efforts, showcasing QBS's expertise and services to prospective clients.
- Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and contributing to the development of strategic plans.
- Possess a minimum of 3-5 years' experience providing consultation and training in behavioral principles and procedures to para-professionals in relevant human service settings.
- Hold a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field and maintain active Board Certification in Behavior Analysis.
- Demonstrate expertise in designing and delivering training programs, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- An estimated annual salary of $88,000 - $98,000, plus bonus and COLA increase annually.
