Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced teacher to support students identified as English Language Learners in a remote program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and a passion for working with students who require additional language support.

The successful candidate will work as a Program Specialist - English as a Second Language PK-12 Certification, providing virtual instruction and support to a small caseload of students. This is a full-time position with benefits provided by ProCare Therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual instruction and support to students identified as English Language Learners
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support system
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area
  • Current Teaching License/Certification in the state of Tennessee
  • English as a Second Language PK-12 Certification required
  • Previous experience in schools preferred but not required
