Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with all aspects of park operations, including reservation facilities and grounds maintenance.
  • Meet with potential renters and provide facility tours.
  • Lock and unlock facilities as needed and manage keys.
  • Participate in setup and cleanup of rental facilities, including moving equipment and performing janitorial duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to renters before, during, and after the rental period.
  • Enforce and perform work in accordance with established standards and rules.
  • Support an inclusive and diverse work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
Working Conditions:

This position requires working in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, wind, rain, or snow. The employee may be exposed to electrical hazards, noxious fumes, dust, dirt, and other airborne particulates.
