As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with our exceptional staff to ensure program needs are met, sometimes even filling in for a program lead. You will serve as the knowledgeable go-to for program information and referrals.
Administrative Excellence:
Keep our member data and reference systems organized and up to date. Provide program reporting, correspondence, and statistics with precision. Ensure the office is well organized and supplied. Help coordinate family and special events that leave lasting memories. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with a welcoming and friendly demeanor. Arrange for repairs and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
Financial Mastery:
Manage income and expenses diligently, with accuracy being your middle name. Keep the petty cash in perfect balance. Prepare bank deposits and maintain financial records and orders. Assist with donor files and acknowledgements.
Volunteer Champion:
Inspire, recruit, and train volunteers - they're the heart of our organization. Maintain volunteer records and track their invaluable contributions.

Thriving under pressure, collaborating with diverse teams, and engaging with the community are your strengths. You don't mind a mix of desk work and occasional light housekeeping - because variety keeps it interesting. A valid driver's license and a pristine driving record are in your possession.
Why Join Us:
By joining the Armed Services YMCA Hawaii, you'll be a key player in an organization dedicated to serving those who serve our country. You'll work alongside a passionate team that thrives on teamwork and shared goals and contribute to meaningful programs that positively impact the lives of military families and the community.
