**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned Install Sales Manager to lead our Install Sales Team and drive growth in our Install Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the install sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with contacts during and after job completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Attend company meetings, present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Estimate mechanical projects.
  • Review all proposals/quotes with Director of Install Operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives.
  • Attend Customer Appreciation Events.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and piping systems for design, estimating, and sales.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5+ years within the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in estimating, project management, project engineer.
