Sales Support Specialist

- Manage product returns and exchanges, ensuring efficient issue resolution
- Document customer product warranties and renewals
- Support sales efforts in generating manufacturer warranty renewals
- 1-3 years of experience in an office environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Basic understanding of computer technology and analytical skills
- Results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement
