Position Overview

As an entry-level Residential Support Staff member, you will assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their highest level of independence. Your support will be essential in various aspects of daily living, including:

  • Engaging in enjoyable activities
  • Assisting with budgeting
  • Preparing meals
  • Encouraging individuals to explore new experiences
  • Shopping assistance
  • Mentoring individuals to acquire new skills

Qualifications and Skills

  • No prior experience required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background investigation.

Experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is advantageous, but we are committed to providing training.
