The role of the Senior Customer Assistance Representative is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients. This position primarily involves face-to-face interactions, addressing the needs of customers and supporting branch operations. The Senior Customer Assistance Representative will undergo comprehensive training and gain practical experience to effectively manage administrative tasks, assist customers, and serve as a rental backup in a dynamic branch environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries, including reservations, pricing information, and general customer queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for customer callbacks and other assigned tasks.
  • Provide exemplary customer service by assessing rental needs and offering assistance both in-person and via phone.
  • Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and assist them promptly.
  • Offer directions and general support to enhance the customer experience.
  • Evaluate the condition of vehicles upon return and assist with the check-in process.
  • Facilitate vehicle returns and manage exit kiosk transactions efficiently.
  • Promote company services while ensuring customer safety and satisfaction during pick-up and drop-off.
  • Communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services effectively.
  • May involve selling optional protection plans, upgrades, and other add-ons.
  • Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to management promptly.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, both interior and exterior, as necessary.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including billing support, accounts receivable, and report generation.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned to support branch operations.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Driving record must not exceed two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past three years.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required, without the need for sponsorship.
  • At least six months of employment experience with the current or most recent employer.
