Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to perform mechanical services on Cold Drink Equipment (CDE), including vending and fountain equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of refrigeration and HVAC systems, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CDE equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and reduce energy consumption.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare equipment according to company standards to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area to ensure a healthy and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
  • 0-3 years of general technical experience required.
  • 1+ years of refrigeration/HVAC experience preferred.
  • Plumbing and electro/mechanical experience.
  • Prior diagnostic troubleshooting experience.
  • Demonstrated mechanical, technical, and electrical aptitude.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
  • HVAC certification is preferred.
  • I-Fountain or Best certification preferred.
  • CMV required, if applicable.
