Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Ambulatory Care Nurse Practitioner to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Triage and assess patients, determining clinical priority through comprehensive evaluation of medical history, present status, and vital signs.
  • Conduct thorough physical assessments, documenting chief complaints, vital signs, and patient medical history as needed.
  • Coordinate patient care by reviewing medical phone calls, assessing status, and scheduling treatments according to established protocols.
  • Administer medications accurately and safely, documenting patient records according to established protocols.
  • Perform quality assurance activities, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • An Associate's degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
  • A valid NJ or PA license (based on primary state office location) or multi-state compact license, with application submitted for second out-of-state RN license within three months from date of hire.
  • One year of experience in an acute, urgent care, or outpatient setting.
  • AHA BLS certification in Healthcare Provider.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization. Estimated annual salary: $100,000 - $120,000.
