About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, conducting routine check-ups, evaluating symptoms, and developing treatment plans to promote overall health and wellness. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and collaborate with patients to educate them on healthy habits, disease prevention, and management.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify potential health issues and develop effective treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide education to patients on healthy habits, disease prevention, and management
- Prescribe medications and lab tests as necessary

Requirements:
- A Master's Degree from an accredited program in nurse practitioner or physician assistant studies
- Current Georgia license as a nurse practitioner/physician assistant
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal)

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
