Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team at Success On The Spectrum, you will engage with children on the Autism spectrum, utilizing effective techniques rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our mission is to empower these children with essential life skills through a blend of structured learning and play-based activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in our center from Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Provide in-home support for clients twice a week from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
  • Prepare and create materials tailored to client needs.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Incorporate engaging sensory activities, including arts, crafts, and games, into sessions.
  • Accurately record client data using our Central Reach program.
  • Convert appointments into billing records.
  • Document detailed SOAP notes for client progress.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings with the BCBA.
  • Engage in quarterly in-service training and team-building activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the center.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
  • No criminal background.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds and engage in physical activities.

Expectations:
  • Deliver high-quality care to clients.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Ensure client privacy in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Contribute to a professional and organized team environment.
  • Maintain professionalism in interactions with staff, clients, and caregivers.

Reporting Structure:
  • Report directly to the CEO.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Director.
  • Receive guidance from the BCBA.
