Compensation

The annual salary for this position ranges from $79,000 to $115,000, depending on relevant experience, level, and skillset.

Job Description

This role will focus on facilitating and supporting the execution of training and digital upskilling for our Manufacturing teams. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manufacturing Excellence team to ensure employees are trained in the use of new tools and business processes.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting comprehensive needs assessments to determine training requirements for manufacturing staff
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant
  • Implementing training programs, monitoring their effectiveness, and making adjustments as needed
  • Evaluating the impact of training on employee performance and productivity
  • Providing coaching and guidance to trainers and facilitators within the manufacturing department
  • Enhancing the employee learning experience through an innovative and continuous improvement mindset

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and/or training and development within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning platforms
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
