The Judge Group seeks an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the development of technical products from prototype through manufacturing. With a strong background in mechanical design, innovation, and collaboration, you will drive product capabilities expansion and new product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions
  • Research and design mechanical and electromechanical products, ensuring they meet company standards
  • Coordinate activities from concept to design, fabrication, manufacturing, application, installation, and repair planning
  • Mentor junior engineers, organizing and instructing fabrication activities to ensure high-quality products
  • Design interface systems for machines, hardware, and software, leveraging expertise in SolidWorks and Finite Element Analysis (ANSYS)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical design and manufacturing, with a focus on product development and design
  • Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks, including CAD and CAE design and analysis
  • Experience with Finite Element Analysis (ANSYS) and mechanical machine design
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $115k to $130k, plus bonus opportunities. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. As a US citizen, you will be eligible for various benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
